As Headway Coventry & Warwickshire is a partner group of Headway Birmingham & Solihull, it has the same board of Trustees.

Headway B&S has always been fortunate to have a strong board of Trustee Directors who have been fully supportive to the Chief Executive and forward thinking in their approach. The board of directors of the company are also trustees of the charity. We are always keen to expand the Board of Trustee Directors and especially welcome people with different skills and from many backgrounds. We try to have a wide representation of people to ensure that we have input from people of all ages, disability, sex and race. All Trustees receive an Induction Pack and Directors Handbook fully explaining the roles and responsibilities. Being a Trustee does not always require experience and skills; we also welcome people who are able to give their time and enthusiasm. We expect that a Trustee will give a small amount of commitment to turning up for meetings etc and understand that matters discussed in meetings are to be treated with the strictest of confidence.
